Max Sharp, with Market Equipment Company, prepares to reassemble a large oven at Sweetwater Bakery in Post Falls.
Sweetwater Bakery, a retail and wholesale operation with 25 employees, opened on Tuesday Sept. 14 at 119 E. Third Ave. in Post Falls.
The business sells pastries, bagels, cupcakes, scones, muffins and cookies from its retail storefront and to coffee stands, restaurants and other businesses. Owners Tom and Sandy Vas Dias moved the company after more than six years in Spokane.
Hours are 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. seven days a week.
